I just came home from a very tiring yet fulfilling Volleyball game with friends. This is actually the first time after years of lockdown to be ever played again! Pandemic totally changed our ways of engaging, and working. As you’ve seen on my IG stories, most of my activities are watching series and attending press events to provide you with the latest about POP culture. And I saw a lot of you having to go out with friends again! What a great time to reunite!
As we enter the last quarter of the year, I’m sure more of you probably making a list or revalidating priorities for the year. Thanks to the reopening of the economy, we slowly sliding back to our normal ways. But as most of us are working from home now, we probably have more screen time than what we used to. To some they found more time on television or their tablet leading to their new habits and past times. I can say the same for myself.
Lately, I was really binging on shows and some solving my rubiks in between work.
As a finance professional and a content creator, I have found a lot of ways to make myself busy and entertained at the same time –err well in front of my computer. 3D RUBIKS CUBE
For starters, I only able to solve a Rubiks cube few weeks ago haha! Thanks to the tutorial online but I should have discovered Calculators.org way earlier because playing rubiks cube here while learning for the first time can be easier. There’s a time recorder so you’ll know how long you solve one. I like this better because I think my routines are more memorable here compare to an actual rubiks haha I don’t know. But it is fun!
REVERSI
If there’s one thing I like abut this game is your opponent is very unpredictable. You thought you’re winning, the next thing you know, you lose LOL. It’s such a great abstract exercise. Reversi is my favorite! If you want an easy way, there are levels. You can choose your level of difficulty. I always like to challenge the computer so I always end of one on one with it. It is really a brain game to beat one another by making sure you place your color.
CHECKERS
If there’s one game I remember playing when I was a kid, competing with guys older than me is this checkers. If you play this, it is very self explanatory. You can move any of their 12 pieces at a diagonal and can only move forward at an angle. Once your pieces have reached the other side of the board they are kinged, and can move forward or backward. This one below, I predicted my win already!
These are just my favorites but they have a lot of interesting games such as rummy, Uno cards, tic tac toe, master chess and the likes. All I can say is that you can easily bookmark this website and click when you’re ready to be entertained.
