(FOOD) Discover Signature Dry-Aged Porterhouse in Wolfgang’s Steakhouse

Lets talk about Steakhouse!

I will be very honest again this time. I never tasted steak and sirloin this good until I visited Wolfgang’s Steakhouse in Resorts World Manila. I can even remember how me and my blogger friends chew up to the last strands of that tender steaks and sirloin. I might be over reacting here, but let me introduce you first Wolfgang’s Steakhouse.


I have been to Resorts World from time to time but it was my first time to visit Wolfgang’s by Wolfgang Zwiener. It houses 150 guests excluding outside area and has 2 private rooms good for around 12-15 persons plus the very cozy Whisky & Cigar Room aka Park Ave Room. They also have year old wines that will make your steak experience balance. Some of the top Bordeaux wines are here in Wolfgang’s and oh by the way, Wolfgang’s steakhouse is the first branch here in the Philippines.


Here are some of the mouth watering tender juice steaks and sirloins we tried that night.

We matched our steaks with a delicious Spinach. (Creamed or steamed available)


They also have this Wolfgang’s Salad, a mix of onions, bacon, tomatoes, prawn and string beans for our appetizer.


We were able to visit their busy kitchen and of course we never missed to check the famous dry-aging porterhouse. This is where they kept all the delicious steaks (averaging to around 28 days). It was really cold inside of course I wish I have that in our house. A ritual with an artisan’s flair, the sides of beef are dry-aged on site to perfection, and then carved to order by our own butcher into Wolfgang’s signature Porterhouse, prime New York sirloin, rib-eye, filet Mignon, and prime rib.



After that super amazing course, we tried their famous Junior’s” Cheesecake, Pecan Pie, Key Lime Pie and Chocolate Mousse Cake.


Wolfgang’s menu has something to please every plate with their famous mouth-watering steaks, and other excellent entrée selections including veal, lamb, wild king salmon, Chilean sea bass, sushi grade tuna, three-pound lobsters, and more. Wolfgang’s classic side offerings like creamed spinach and German potatoes complement any meal, and tempting appetizers such as shrimp and lobster cocktails, fresh oysters on the half shell, thick, sizzling bacon, and crisp, fresh salads are the perfect prelude to any main course.
