Cebu Landmasters, Inc. emerged as the biggest winner at the 14th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, securing its second Best Developer title and leading a distinguished roster of property companies recognized for excellence across the Philippine real estate industry.
Sixteen organizations were honored across 46 categories during a black-tie gala held on August 20, 2026, at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila. The awards, presented under the theme “Defined by Excellence,” recognized achievements spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial and mixed-use developments, as well as architecture, interior design, sustainability and social impact.
Cebu Landmasters’ latest Best Developer victory marks its second win in the category, following its previous title in 2019. The Visayas-based developer also took home Best Housing Developer, Best Developer (Visayas), and Best Developer (Mindanao), reinforcing its growing presence across key regions of the country.
Its winning projects further strengthened its showing. Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue was named Best Next Gen Hotel Development, while North Grove at Pristina Town won Best Mid End Condo Development (Metro Cebu), and The Wave Towers took Best High End Condo Development (Metro Cebu). Casa Mira Homes GenSan was recognized as Best Housing Development (Mindanao), while Astra Lifestyle Centre won Best Retail Architectural Design.
Developers across the Philippines recognized
The 2026 awards also highlighted the strength and diversity of developers from different parts of the country.
Aboitiz Economic Estates won Best Industrial Developer, Best Sustainable Commercial Developer and Best Developer (Luzon), while Aboitiz Land was recognized for The Villages at LIMA Estate.
Landco Pacific Corporation received three major developer honors: Best Lifestyle Boutique Developer, Best Sustainable Residential Developer and Best Luxury Developer. The Spinnaker also secured Best Condo Development (Philippines) and Best Condo Development (Luzon).
Other notable winners included Filinvest Land, Inc., named Best Large Scale Housing Developer; Taylormade Development Corporation, which won Best Townhouse Developer; Damosa Land, Inc., named Best Boutique Developer; and PHirst Park Homes Inc., which received the Best Community Developer award.
Primehomes Real Estate Development Inc. was named Sustainable Residential/Township Developer, while the Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association Incorporated received the Social Impact Champion award.
Individual leaders honored
The PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards also recognized influential figures from different generations of the country’s property sector.
Jorge L. Araneta, CEO, chairman and president of Araneta Group, received the Life Achievement Award for his decades-long contribution to Philippine township development and the transformation of Araneta City.
Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso, president and CEO of Megaworld Corporation, was named Real Estate Personality of the Year, recognizing her work in developing integrated townships and districts across the country.
Meanwhile, Monica D. Lorenzo, director for leisure and business development at Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation, received the Rising Star award.
Resilience and innovation define the industry
Jules Kay, managing director of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events, said the 2026 winners reflected an industry marked by resilience, innovation and continued international appeal.
He noted that this year’s entries demonstrated new approaches to sustainable design and construction while responding to changing needs and global economic pressures.
Cyndy Tan Jarabata, chairperson of the Awards in the Philippines and president of TAJARA Leisure & Hospitality Group Inc., similarly highlighted the resilience of Philippine developers amid global uncertainties. She pointed to the growing competitiveness of regional developers, increased pursuit of sustainability and wellness certifications, stronger emphasis on placemaking and local heritage, and greater diversification into new territories.
