These are the seven (7) people I want to have an exclusive interview for The Rod Magaru Show before the world ends:
- The wife of Steve Jobs – I want to know aside from their sorrow of losing a husband, things that Steve are doing in his free time. I want to ask her a lot of things that would make me back to my perspective that Steve Jobs is an ordinary person too. I want to see how is she going to describe Steve before he acquired a lot of companies. I want to travel back where Steve is just starting his career.
- Anna Wintour – I want to ask her what are those things in fashion industry ordinary people don’t understand. What makes her more powerful and her presence more intimidating. What is VOGUE in her own perspective. Why VOGUE?
- Ricky Martin – I want to know what is his prayer at night. I want to ask him how hard it is to admit he’s gay on the height of his popularity. I want to know what influences him to feel like falling with the same sex. I want to know his thoughts on gay marriage. I want to know his thoughts in Reproductive health, in everything that describes a family.
- Charo Santos – She was an actress before she hold executive position. I want to know her impression about other network. What are her fears as President of a broadcasting network. I want to know why she is subtle and strict. I want to ask her if she’s really happy. Or her thoughts about Willie Revillame, Claudine Baretto, Eugenio Lopez Sr and GMA7.
- Melai Cantiveros – She is very funny and down to earth. Her thoughts are really simple. She will say anything that comes to mind. She doesn’t have the time to think of what others will think about her thoughts. I want to know how showbiz changed lives. I want to know if there’s anything she regret or if she still got hurt should people commented on her being ugly when she’s not.
- Donald Trump – I want to check myself how am I gonna behave if I face him. I want to see his eyes looking right at me. I wanna know what jokes would please him or what anecdote is worth a try. I wanna ask him about his perception of poor, poverty, gay, politics and failures. I want to know if there’s something he still wants to achieve in life or if he believes in Heaven.
- Ces Drilon – I got the chance to sit with her but I really wanted to know what happened when she was captured. I wanted her to tell me how nervous she was. I want to ask her what is the essence of being a respective broadcaster while or what will she tell people and friends who keep running on politics. I wanted to see things that will scare her.
I know these are just plain things to do. I may choose to do other things such as visiting any country or eat good foods but I just want to sit with them, reflect and look at them in the eye. These are the people who from one time or another inspired me or make my eyebrow raise at one point. I wanted to know if what am i gonna say should they tell me to stop asking. In short me being the host of my own show should experience sitting and talking with them. I want to make this happen.
