Cute Little Puppy Dries up on Clothesline

Early this week, Ive read an interesting yet irritating news about a young man who hung a very cute puppy in a clothesline. the photo resurfaces on Facebook sites and I cant help but feel bad. Well, looking on the image you dont have to be a serious animal lover or PETA member to be so emotional but the clip was really disturbing.

The owner of the puppy also had his apology in his Facebook account. He explained that he just make fun of his puppy after taking a bath and removing the fleas. “Humihingi po ako ng tawad sa ginawa ko. Wala naman po sa puso ko na saktan iyung alaga ko eh,” he said.

The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is on their thorough investigation of the case. They said that aside from paying a fine of 1,000 to 5,000 pesos, the violator will also be punished with 6 to 2 years of imprisonment.

I have a very cute puppy right now, I named here Mocca. And I cant imagine myself hanging her on a clothesline or even hurt her skin to that effect. What was he thinking? Maybe the kid needs a psychological help.
