Leading digital lifestyle publication Orange Magazine PH and premier travel and leisure publication Lakbay Magazine have officially formalized a strategic media partnership aimed at creating a stronger, multi-platform storytelling experience for Filipino readers and brand partners.
The partnership was sealed through a contract signing held on September 10, 2026, at SAVÈA Bay City Manila, bringing together key executives and editorial leaders from both media organizations.
Representing Orange Magazine PH were Mr. Jeman B. Villanueva, CEO; Mr. Kister Morata, Editor-in-Chief; Mr. Lucky Magno, Managing Editor; and Ms. Sharmaine Rodriguez, Editorial Assistant. Representing Lakbay Magazine were Mr. Enrico Sy, Chairman of the Board; Ms. Lualhati Fausto, President & CEO; and Mr. Joel Nigos, Editor-in-Chief.
A New Chapter in Print
The landmark collaboration marks Orange Magazine PH’s first-ever venture into physical print, with the partnership set to produce an exclusive commemorative joint edition with Lakbay Magazine.
While Lakbay Magazine has established its presence through premium print storytelling centered on travel, tourism, hospitality, arts and culture, the special collaborative issue will expand beyond traditional travel itineraries.
The joint edition will spotlight contemporary lifestyle, arts and culture, executive profiles, business and leadership, and compelling success stories featuring Filipino trailblazers, innovators, and brands.
For Orange Magazine PH, the project represents a significant evolution of its digital-first identity.
“For over 16 years, Orange Magazine PH has championed digital-first storytelling across entertainment, lifestyle, and events,” said Jeman Villanueva, CEO of Orange Magazine PH. “Partnering with Lakbay Magazine allows us to translate that editorial voice into a tangible, high-end print format for the very first time, offering our partners and readers a richer, multi-platform media experience.”
The collaboration provides Orange Magazine PH with an opportunity to bring its established digital storytelling into a premium physical format while giving its advertisers, partners, and audiences another avenue through which to experience its content.
Expanding Lakbay’s Reach Through Digital
For Lakbay Magazine, the partnership represents an opportunity to extend the reach of its premium print stories through Orange Magazine PH’s established digital platform.
“Starting from our very first issue three years ago, we have been steadfast in featuring stories on popular and upcoming destinations, the hospitality industry, arts and culture, executive profiles, wellness, and beyond through our premium pages,” said Lualhati Fausto, President and CEO of Lakbay Magazine.
“We hope these stories contribute to the promotion of our country’s tourism industry. Through this collaboration with Orange Magazine PH and its wide digital reach, we expect to bring our content to an even larger audience,” she added.
The partnership therefore creates a complementary relationship between two distinct media strengths: Lakbay Magazine’s premium physical presence and Orange Magazine PH’s digital reach and audience engagement.
A Milestone Collaboration for Both Publications
The strategic partnership marks a significant turning point for both organizations.
For Orange Magazine PH, the collaboration transforms more than 16 years of digital publishing experience into a collectible print experience, opening the publication to high-end physical readership and premium distribution channels.
For Lakbay Magazine, meanwhile, the partnership expands its editorial horizon beyond destination and tourism stories, creating additional space for conversations surrounding lifestyle, business leadership, creative culture, personalities, and Filipino success stories.
Together, the publications aim to provide brand partners with a dual-platform media solution, combining nationwide print visibility with targeted digital amplification.
The partnership also reflects the changing landscape of Philippine media, where audiences increasingly consume stories across multiple formats and platforms. By bringing print and digital storytelling together, the two publications seek to create greater opportunities for advertisers, tourism stakeholders, hospitality brands, businesses, and other organizations to connect with their desired audiences.
Reaching Premium Audiences Nationwide
The special commemorative edition is expected to be circulated across a range of premium lifestyle, executive, leisure, and institutional destinations nationwide.
Copies will be made available through luxury hotels, resorts, fine dining establishments, airport lounges, major transport hubs, executive wellness destinations, select A1 medical tourism hospitals, premier dermatology clinics, cultural venues, institutional libraries, and major national trade expos.
This distribution strategy is designed to place the publication directly in environments frequented by travelers, executives, decision-makers, lifestyle consumers, and other premium audiences.
Beyond being a commemorative publication, the joint edition is positioned as a platform for brands and personalities seeking meaningful exposure across both physical and digital media.
Building the Future of Multi-Platform Storytelling
The Orange Magazine PH–Lakbay Magazine partnership underscores the continuing value of combining established publishing formats with digital media.
As Orange Magazine PH takes its first major step into print, and Lakbay Magazine strengthens its digital amplification capabilities, the collaboration brings together two complementary editorial approaches with a shared goal: telling compelling Filipino stories while creating meaningful opportunities for readers, brands, and industry partners.
The special joint edition is set to serve as a milestone publication for both organizations and a tangible representation of their commitment to evolving with the changing media landscape.
Orange Magazine PH and Lakbay Magazine extend their appreciation to their official venue partner, SAVÈA Bay City Manila, as well as their sponsors Tai Chi Cool Stick, Tai Chi Liniment, Guyasteen, and Kuchi Kuchi Cooling Powder, for supporting the milestone contract-signing event and this new chapter in Philippine media.
