It’s almost that magical time of year when families and friends come together, traditions come alive, and holiday memories are made. From November 20, 2026 to January 3, 2027, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort will once again transform into a festive wonderland for “A Disney Christmas.” This year’s celebration brings together beloved Disney Christmas traditions, new holiday experiences, and an especially enchanting winter celebration at the immersive World of Frozen, where guests can step into the kingdom of Arendelle and celebrate the season with Anna, Elsa and Olaf.
Christmas Magic Comes to World of Frozen
One of the highlights of this year’s celebration is the transformation of World of Frozen into a sparkling winter wonderland. Arendelle will be decked out with festive decorations inspired by the kingdom’s winter traditions, while holiday music and magical snowfall add to the atmosphere. Anna and Elsa will welcome guests in their winter attire, while Olaf brings his signature cheerful personality to the festivities. Guests can interact with the beloved snowman ambassador as he explores the holiday season with his usual curiosity and enthusiasm.
Kristoff and Sven will also be part of the celebration, with guests potentially discovering Kristoff preparing a special surprise for his reindeer companion.
A New Festive Winter Market
Making its debut this year is an all-new festive winter market, offering guests an opportunity to experience more of Arendelle’s winter traditions. The market will feature handcrafted treasures, festive treats and other seasonal surprises, creating a charming gathering place inspired by the warmth and spirit of the kingdom. And the magic doesn’t end with Christmas.
Starting January 5, 2027, Olaf will bring Arendelle’s first Winterfest to World of Frozen. The celebration will feature an all-new Olaf encounter built around a storytelling experience, along with heartwarming tales, uplifting music and new surprises.
Meet Disney Friends in Their Holiday Best
Across Hong Kong Disneyland, Disney friends will also be getting into the Christmas spirit. Guests can meet Mickey and Friends, Woody, Buzz and Jessie, Winnie the Pooh and friends, and other beloved characters dressed in their festive holiday outfits. A new daytime castle stage moment will also debut this Christmas in front of the Castle of Magical Dreams. Mickey and Minnie will host a special Christmas party filled with festive music and laughter, with a playful surprise from Stitch adding to the celebration.
A Holiday Wish-Come-True Returns
A favorite Disney Christmas tradition is also returning.
Led by Santa Goofy, the “A Holiday Wish-Come-True” Tree Lighting Ceremony will once again illuminate the night with music, lights and holiday wishes.
The festive spectacle will culminate with glorious snowfall and twinkling drone effects lighting up the sky, creating a picture-perfect Christmas moment at the park.
Disney Christmas Live in Concert Returns
Music will once again take center stage during “Disney Christmas Live in Concert!”
The popular holiday concert will take place across two weekends:

- December 5–6, 2026
Disney friends, live musicians and stunning castle projections will come together to bring Disney classics and festive melodies to life.
Guests can also purchase Seating Area Pass Packages for access to the designated reserved seating area. VIP packages will be available for those looking to add festive treats before the show.
Reservations for “Disney Christmas Live in Concert!” and the “New Year’s Eve Countdown” will open starting September 28, 2026.
Ring in 2027 at Hong Kong Disneyland
The holiday celebration continues into New Year’s Eve.
Guests can welcome 2027 alongside Mickey and Friends during the “New Year’s Eve Countdown” in front of the Castle of Magical Dreams.
For guests looking to enhance their experience, Disney Premier Access options will include priority admission to selected attractions and access to designated viewing areas for “Momentous” and the New Year’s Eve Countdown.
The New Year’s Eve edition package includes:
- One-time entry to the designated viewing area for “Momentous” Nighttime Spectacular

- One-time priority admission to eight selected attractions

For travelers who want more time to experience the resort, Hong Kong Disneyland is offering the “Non-stop 2-Day Fun Ticket.”
Through December 31, 2026, guests can add just HK$100 to the price of a regular 1-Day Ticket and enter the park for two consecutive days.
For families and groups planning to experience World of Frozen, Christmas entertainment and the resort’s attractions, the additional day provides more time to explore the park at a festive pace.
Stay Longer with 30% Off Hotel Rates
Guests can also turn their Disney Christmas visit into a full holiday getaway with the “2 Nights Plus Special: 30% Off.”
By booking two or more consecutive nights at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Hotels, guests can enjoy 30% off the Flexible Rate, subject to the offer’s terms and conditions.
