The brand understands, though, that its greatest asset is its manpower, who are fully driven to pivot and empower themselves and succeed amid these challenging times.
Attended by Lumina’s more than 300 agents and brokers nationwide, the Digicon kickstarted a series of seminars that aims to further strengthen, engage, and inspire its sales network into adapting to the digital ways of real-estate selling.
Among the topics featured in the exciting series are Real Estate Industry Update and Digital Transformation, Website Creation 101, Social Media and Google Updates, and Digital Trends and Insights to Watch out for in 2021.
The pandemic may have wreaked havoc in everyone’s lives, but as it pushed the boundaries, it forced the real estate industry to take advantage of the real 21st-century way—such as online prospecting and selling of house and lots at the tip of one’s fingers.
Before the Digicon ended, Lumina Homes raffled off a brand-new website, which was luckily won by JBC Realty from San Fernando, Pampanga. Lumina Homes will assist the winner in setting up the site and host it for a year.
