Do you remember a certain Willing Willie episode sometime in March 2011 where a six-year old boy perform a twirling moves like adult stripper? Well the Department of Social Welfare and Development succeeded yesterday when the Court of Appeals order arrest of former Kapamilya, kapatid now a Kapuso television host Willie Revillame.
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) filed a complaint against Revillame in his violation of Republic Act 7610 or the Anti-Child Abuse Law. Revillame was charged with child exploitation and child abuse.
Meanwhile, in a separate situation, Willie Revillame’s current show WOWOWIN in GMA Network are set to cut some technical staff from the show due to a collaborative effort to tie up with GMA7 production. Sources says WOWOWIN will be co-produced by Willie and GMA network and since GMA Network has its own production unit, WOWOWIN’s current technical staff might be layover.
