Award-winning actress Judy Ann Santos returns to the small screen in the highly anticipated HBO Original drama series Call My Manager, premiering Thursday, August 13, exclusively on HBO Max. The eight-episode Filipino adaptation will release new episodes every Thursday.
Set in the fast-paced and competitive entertainment industry, Call My Manager takes viewers behind the scenes of Shine Artist Management, where three of the country’s top talent managers dedicate their lives to building and protecting the careers of their high-profile clients. However, their carefully maintained professional image begins to unravel as personal struggles and office politics threaten to upend everything they have worked for.
Leading the cast is Judy Ann Santos as Andrea Manuel, joined by an ensemble of acclaimed actors including Edu Manzano as Matthew Buenaventura, RK Bagatsing as Gabriel Soler, Gina Alajar as Aleta Alfonso, Christiana Zaleta as Camille Vergara, and Raf Pineda as Chin Joaquin.
The series is backed by the acclaimed creatives behind the internationally recognized crime thriller On the Job. It is executive produced by Ronald “Dondon” Monteverde and Erik Matti, with directing duties shared by Erik Matti, Mario Cornejo, and Jade Castro.
