The Philippine Arena was absolutely buzzing with energy on July 5th for Puregold’s OPM Con 2025, and I was right there in the thick of it, soaking it all in! The air was electric, thick with the combined excitement of tens of thousands of music fans, all ready to celebrate Pinoy talent. It was incredible to see such a massive, sold-out crowd, proving just how much Puregold has truly made its mark in the entertainment scene.
As a huge fan, I especially enjoyed all the performances, but BINI’s set was a definite highlight for me. I even brought my official lightstick to wave along with the rest of the crowd! Seeing them on such a grand stage, alongside other titans like Flow G, G22, KAIA, SB19, Skusta Clee, and SunKissed Lola, really made the night unforgettable.
Ivy Hayagan-Piedad, Puregold’s Senior Marketing Manager, perfectly captured the sentiment, sharing how Puregold’s connection with shoppers goes beyond just the checkout counter. And it truly showed! This event was a massive, unforgettable celebration of Filipino music, talent, and pride.
From the moment the first beat dropped to the final encore, the concert was a beautiful tribute to the rich sounds of original “panalo” music. Every artist brought their unique flavor, and the audience responded with incredible enthusiasm to each performance.
The diversity of the crowd was amazing to witness. Regular shoppers, influencers, and even local celebrities were all enjoying the music together, proving that music, much like Puregold, genuinely connects people from all walks of life. It was inspiring to see fans who had traveled from all over the Philippines through the ticket redemption events, and even some who flew in from other parts of Asia and the UAE, just to be part of this special moment.
And the VIP experience? Absolutely top-notch! Getting to attend the soundcheck party before the main concert was a fantastic bonus. Plus, there were tons of freebies from popular brands like Nestle, Great Taste, Jack ‘n Jill, Coca-Cola, and many more – it was truly a day of overflowing treats!
Puregold’s OPM Con 2025 was more than just a concert; it was a powerful unifying force for Filipinos, celebrating our identity, pride, and incredible sound.
