Last weekend I was able to find time to visit the invitation from St Peter Group to try and play one of the rooms in Breakout Manila. They currently have a partnership up until next month in celebration of the DeathCare Week. I was actually excited because I tried it once with some of my fellow bloggers from another breakout room and it was very fun and challenging. Here I am with MJ, Ruth, Rodel who braved the Pink Casket, Edward, Jeman and Liezl from St Peter.
For starters, Breakout Manila room concept is an interactive game where you need to immerse yourself and find clues, solve logic puzzles while handling unexpected twists and turns brought about by uniquely crafted thematic elements. You will be locked in a room for whatever reason it might be. You need to use your detective’s mind and your powers of deduction to study the environment, gather clues, information and tools. We chose the room Hide and Seek. As the all saints day is approaching, I can feel the spirit of ghost scary tactics with friends. It was a fun experience.
In relation to what I have mentioned, Death Care Week is a major Corporate Social Responsibility and Public Service Program of St. Peter Chapels that aims to promote awareness on Death Care planning and preparation. It is also our way of joining the entire nation in commemorating All Saints’ and All Souls’ days (UNDAS), which are traditionally honored events for Filipinos. We are now on our 10th St. Peter DeathCare Week Celebration.
I myself is interested in opening a plan to St Peter. I think it is best to plan ahead in terms of this unexpected expenses as we all know, we will all face a time where we have to mourn and prepare for this unavoidable life event.
The St. Peter DeathCare Week starts on October 27 and culminates on November 2 – Araw ng Patay each year. We picked these dates because All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day fall within this period and because it coincides with the anniversary date of the company. It is during these dates that Filipinos visit, honor and remember their departed loved ones. This is the best time to be aware of DeathCare preparation and planning for such realities.
To emphasize the need to plan ahead, not just for one’s memorial needs but all times,. we have partnered with Breakout Philippines, the country’s first and premier escape room game. From October 1 to November 6, 2017, experience how it is to plan, solve and escape with St. Peter in the following Breakout rooms and branches:

SM North EDSA – Boogeyman and Sleep No More
Greenbelt 5 – Corpse Bride
Katipunan – Clownhouse
Paragon Plaza – Hide and Seek
Employees, Sales Agents and St. Peter Plan Planholders can avail P100 off from the booking fee upon presenting their St. Peter employee ID, Sales Agent ID, Planholders Identification Card or the white copy of their St. Peter Life Plan Contract.
