Last weekend, I paid a visit to the launch of Rootote Philippines, a specialized bag brand from Tokyo with a rich lineup of different designs. To tell you honestly, I am not a fan of backpacks. I am an either a small pouch dude, a wallet guy or a huge bag lad. In fact, I am contented with a small sling bags and a small luggage every time we have hotel reviews or trips with blogger friends.
I look at the designs of Rootote and it kind of thicker compared to some tote branded bags in the market. Other than its spacious and handy zips, I liked how they played with designs and colors. Take a look at some of it.
Rootote bags ranges from PHP 2,000 to 4,000 depending on the styles and sizes. Although you guys know I am sold in all kinds of camouflage, other designs of Tote bags are worth trying. Speaking of Camou designs, here are some of the best sellers in their stores.
Michelle Dy did style talk in the afternoon. Some of the patrons and fans won special items courtesy of Rootote. I think it is not hard to fall in love with the Rootote because obviously, millennials love its various designs.
Gilbert Go, Michelle Dy and Mark Lao also graced present during the ribbon cutting and mingled with the shoppers. It was indeed a fun event.
Also, shoppers last weekend able to have their bags personalized with their chosen designs by Bea Araneta and Joly Poa.
Of course I chose my preferred style. I already used it the moment I checked out because malling with a good backpack is LIFE! I am actually thinking of bringing my chosen Rootoe bag on my upcoming trip this weekend in LA.
True to its promise, Rootote obviously offers innovations and functionalities. Congratulations, Rootote Philippines for the grand launch! Check them out at the 3rd level of SM North EDSA The Block right after your escalator ride.
