Last weekend I was able to finally visit Hairshaft Salon, one of the most popular salon here in the Metro for a ME time, pampering afternoon. I was planning for a haircut and slight hair color since I am off to a photo shoot for a project headshot clinic.
Good thing that Carl Dana, creative director of Hairshaft Salon is there to give me the style that I want.
For some of you who didn’t know Carl Dana, he is one of the Top-notch Loreal color and texture experts and professional make-up artist of this generation. From the moment I stepped in, I know I am in good hands. Some of his celebrity clients are Arci Munoz, Yam Concepcion, Meg Imperial, Sofia Andres, Aiko Climaco ,Aubrey Miles,Michelle Gumabao, Jessa Zaragosa and others.
When I told Carl what I want to do that afternoon, he’s the one who suggested on the hairstyle which I agree. And since I don’t do hair color for quite sometime because of my moreno skin tone, I asked Carl on what seems to match and best for me.
After my hairdcut, he applied highlights and put some toner in me.
I don’t know what’s happening since I can’t see the result at that time but I’m glad Carl took care of the style that fits me. I will definitely visit again!
