(TRAVEL) Don’t Miss An Awesome Summer! My Happy Feet with Friends at Alta Vista De Boracay!

I cannot explain how therapeutic travelling is for me. All I know is that there’ is something in my life in going to places that gave me new perspective. From taking a break to your usual self, that is my definition of BREAK, it is enjoying and escaping the time. So last July, we booked a flight to Boracay and had soooo much fun. Together with my best of friends in life for decade, my brothers from another mother, Marvin and Jon, we went straight to Kalibo and left Manila traffic, stressful emails and work away.

It was sort of a reunion for us since we are all busy with our career. Well I don’t know how to define busy now but yeah, we managed to find time. We flew via Zest-Air/Air Asia by 7am in Ninoy Aquino International Airport 4, the old one.

Actually, its been years since I went to Boracay. I was still in college when I visited Aklan imagine that. But I remember that trip from Boracay is also my unforgettable. We stayed there for 26 days (beat that?) Yeah, at that age I was a part of an NGO who manages to conduct trainings for all Sangguniang Kabataan Nationwide. I was one of the facilitators back then and we hold 2 seminars for different audience. I was not a blogger that time but I think I will share that in another post. So, literally going back to Boracay added another excitement for me.

I saw that a lot of things has changed. It is more expensive but systematic. We paid Environmental and Admission Fee (PHP75.00) and Terminal Fee for (PHP100.00).

When we get there, we have to travel for another minutes to reach our home for the next two days, the famous, the popular, ALTA VISTA DE BORACAY. Here’s a view from our room!

The ambiance and the whole view of the hotel, I would say is  refreshing and breath-taking! I don’t know how to explain it but we glad we chose Alta Vista. We were very solved with our LOFT room!

Here are some of the photos that would entice you to book the next time you’ll visit Boracay! Alta Vista de Boracay truly reflects the island’s tropical charm and character.

It takes advantage of the hilltop location by providing each unit with a floor-to-ceiling window that opens up to a spacious balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the panoramic view of the island, refreshing sea breeze, and entry of ambient light.

At night, Alta Vista The Boracay has service going back and forth to Station 2. So we had our sumptuous dinner there. GRILLED!

Here I am with my friends Jon Jacinto and Marivn Arbois

We also caught these chef and awesome servers dancing to the tune of an overrated “Nobody”

We wanted to experience our LOFT room so we decided to booze at our room!

The next day of our trip, we scheduled our visit to the popular tranquil shores of Puka Shell Beach up north. Alta Vista arranged our transportation going there. You just have to take note of their schedule and be there on the waiting area that time.

The non crowded Boracay photo OHA!

Puka Beach is so cozy and privy. You cannot just get there for free unless you are staying at Alta Vista. Or you have to pay somewhere.

Then stayed another night to party.

We also found cutie souvenirs somewhere in Station 2. So I bought pasalubong to my girl friends at work!

Cute Ballpens from Station 2!

You know we don’t have much itinerary in Boracay. Just to swim, eat and booze is enough to feel your way to the finest travel experience. Of course very grateful to Alta Vista for taking good care of us. We will be back in 2014!
