(CAMPAIGN) C2, Sam YG join hands for cool and clean 2013 Elections

C2 Green Tea fortifies its call to the Filipino youth to make an informed vote this May through a public service announcement (PSA) for Cool and Clean Elections. Starring TV host and popular radio personality Sam YG, the video lists the reasons why everyone, especially young Filipinos, should exercise their right to vote.

The video highlights Sam YG’s earnest call to young voters to do their part and take an active stand for the sake of their country, though laced in his trademark quick wit and mischievous humor. He  cites improved infrastructure, protection of the environment, and a better education system as reasons why people should be involved in elections,  as all these can lead to a bright future.“The Philippines of tomorrow can be more prosperous, greener and brighter—‘di ba ang sarap ng bukas kung ganito?” he says.

The PSA video is part of C2’s Cool and Clean Elections campaign, which aims to educate and empower young voters by urging them to elect honorable leaders. C2, which has long been a supporter of the youth, believes that encouraging the youth to participate in today’s election can help create a better future for the country.
