(BOOK) Century Tuna Launches Ultimate ABS Guide with James Reid and Jessy Mendiola

Finally the long wait is over, Century Tuna unveiled it finish product for everyone, a special Century Tuna ABS Plan book  in line with their objective of inspiring everyone to have a healthy lifestyle not only during summer time but for life.

Mr Greg Banzon , General Manager of Century Pacific Food Corporation introduces the book with selected media and bloggers at Marco Polo Hotel. He himself is an epitome of change. I have heard that he already got his six-pack abs.

Also present is, according to Sir Greg, the Pastillas Girl of the genious team, Diet Coach Nadine Tengco who shares an interesting insight on where can we achieve these abs.

And of course, the AlDub of the creative team behind this book, Coach Jim and Toni Saret.

The Century Tuna endorser himself, my friend James Reid who I haven’t seen in a long time, also shares (and sing that afternoon) his diet and exercise routines.

Maria Mercedes herself Jessy Mendiola also graced the launch.
