Last week, Cebu Pacific sends all five energetic participants (teams of three students per group) to to race for Cebu Pacific’s #FunBackpackerChallenge. By just watching them, I can say that it will be a fun challenge this year!
Celebrity coaches Bogart The Explorer, Champ Lui Pio, Jude Bacalso, Joyce Pring and Iya Villana led the send of to the much awaited Cebu Pacific Juan For Fun Backpacker Challenge 2015 at Sofitel.
This year, participants are clueless as to where the challenges will be held. And they got the surprise of their lives when Cebu Pacific announces that the first destination will be in.. BANGKOK THAILAND.
Here are the teams competing for this year:
TEAM DOMARO – Doel of Notre Dame Dadiangas University, Marielle of ACA Sargen, and Rogen of MSU – Gensan are bestfriends ready to take on their next adventure!
TEAM EXTREME – Gio of ADMU and Miguel and Luigi of DLSU forms a thrill-seeking brotherhood that prepares them for their most fun adventure yet!
TEAM ISKAPADE – Jassy, Joyce, and Kat of UP Cebu always keep in mind that all work and no play makes Juana a dull girl. The girls are bringing out the fun!
TEAM JUAN BIG FIGHT – Aaron, Asia, and Kyle of ADMU is a trio who loves treasuring every experience they encounter. This is another trip they wont forget!
TEAM SQUARE – Cheloi, Mischa, and Rae of UST are prepared to take over any obstacle they face all for a fun adventure!
The Cebu Pacific Juan for Fun Backpacker Challenge 2015 is the only all-expenses paid fun adventure for college students that takes five (5) Teams to various Cebu Pacific destinations within and outside of the Philippines. Now on its 4th year, expect bigger and better adventures! It is open to students and fresh graduates aged 18 to 23 years old, residing and studying in the Philippines—enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program for the school year 2014-2015 or 2015-2016 studying in the Philippines.
The Challenge to the teams is to have the most number of fun activities within the duration of the trip with the given travel allowance. Examples of activities: visiting museums, theme parks, churches, and other tourists spots, trying the local delicacies and other fun activities the destination offers.
The team with the most fun moments in a traveling spree worth PHP35,000 and USD250 wins! They start the race in Bangkok, then to their chosen #CEB domestic destination and will end in Davao City.
