(TRAVEL) Casa Alegria, Tagaytay’s Bed & Breakfast Overlooking Taal Volcano

As my #Rodtrips continue for the month of June, I went from the usual city hotels to something far this month. This time I visited Casa Alegria Bed and Breakfast in one of the most favorite destinations of Pinoy, Tagaytay City!

And you might wonder if you have read anything about Casa Alegria here in #RodMagaruShow? You are right! Last 2013 I was able to visit Casa Alegria when it opened three years ago. It was very lovely and new. Together with my good friend Engr Grace Bondad Nicolas who is now a multimedia organizer and planner, we went to Tagaytay to Visit Casa Alegria. Here is the look of the Casa Alegria back in 2013.

They made improvements which was impossible to decipher when we visited last 2013. Casa Alegria is now turned into a Bed and Breakfast with a romantic and serene amenities that will make you fall in love with the place. A staycation over looking the beautiful Taal Volcano with its verdant surroundings makes your satisfactorily comforting.

CASA ALEGRIA now 2016

They made all remaining spaces into a industrial style, enough to look spacious and modern feel around green environment.

And of course the major improvement is the pool which make Casa Alegria more appealing! As we all know, we love swimming pools and beaches and Casa Alegria didn’t disappoint. Back then I was hoping there is a pool I can dip in and now where here. I am now enjoying its pool.

Here is Grace Nicolas also enjoying the view, this is exactly what we talked about last 2013. To look at Taal Volcano while sipping our favorite fruit shakes while dipping! Achievement unlocked for us Grace!

What I liked about Casa Alegria is the room accommodations they have. I stayed in the newly installed rooms and the design is definitely different from your typical hotel-ish feel. It is extra bigger and can house around 10 people, (extra beds by request).

If you feel like relaxing inside your room, a bath tub awaits you with its state of the art whirlpool and shower tubs in the bathroom. If feels like a spa experience like no other.

I was able to sleep well that night because of its comforting pillows and bed which allows me to compensate for my sleepless nights back in the city.
