Last week I attended the launch of one of the most innovative service oriented Pinoy companies, technically an online shop but allowing you to buy something that you don’t usually see in an online bazaar and sales, the iRegalo.PH.
It offers control and convenience to the online Filipino remittance market. I visited the site and I feel like I already know what to do!
iRegalo is a straightforward shopping venue online except that it is practically offering health care services and packages that help our Filipino working abroad send gifts to their loveones. With just a few clicks, Filipinos can send healthcare packages to family and friends anywhere in the Philippines. These packages are honored at hundreds of medical, dental and optical clinics nationwide. With iRegalo, you can also send flowers and the latest smartphones and laptops, too.
In these days of identity theft and related cybercrimes, iRegalo has taken the necessary steps to secure the entire process, using encryption that has been rated A+ by Qualys SSL Labs, an independent testing service. “We made sure that not only are our packages compelling, but that the entire process is worry-free,” said Gilbert Paras, iRegalo CFO. iRegalo also accepts the following secure payment options namely: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, UnionPay, and Discover Network.
For instance, if you go to iRegalo.PH, and decided to choose eye care to send to your loveones, all you have to do is choose to package you want and click send.
It will redirect you to the information sheet where you need to enter the recipient’s details.
You can also create your own profile by registering your email.
In the coming months, iRegalo shall open up entirely new categories while continuing to add more health care packages as they soon be launching grocery niches from participating supermarkets and other merchant types all over the country.
