The upcoming project of Star Cinema with Richard Gomez, Dawn Zulueta and Bea Alonzo is now in the works. It has a working title “THE CROSSROADS” and is slated to be aired first quarter of 2015.
In an interview last month with Bea Alonzo, she mentioned that she will be a lawyer in this project who is engaged to a high ranking official in the Government. She also mentioned that is not another mistress movie (Oh good Lord thank you!) and with the way the story goes, it is not heavy drama. After some circumstances, she will meet the character of Richard Gomez. 
In 2012, Bea Alonzo did a movie opposite John Lloyd Cruz (The Mistress) and marked as one of the most successful movie in the last 50 years with around 300 Million gross receipts. Last year, she made another movie with Enrique Gil (She’s The One) and Four sisters And A Wedding, another movie from Star Cinema that breached 300 Million Gross. Richard Gomez and Dawn Zulueta appeared in She’s Dating The Gangster early this year, which is the third highest grossing film of 2014 next to Starting Over Again and Bride For Rent..

When asked about how excited she is in doing this movie, she said, “Very, very excited ako, kasi, ‘di ba, ang dami na nilang napatunayan sa industriyang ito, they seem to be very good people and fun to be with. I’m sure we’re going to have fun sa set.”

Miss Bea Alonzo is only 27 and yet she is being partnered with a much older actor. I believe it would be nice if she is partnered with actors who are at least in their 30’s not very far from her age. In as much as I disagree with the age factor of her male partner in her upcoming movie, I will still watch it because I am a fan of Miss Alonzo. I hope the story is good. Looking forward to it.
