This morning, September 11 I was watching Kris TV while preparing for work. They were discussing Darla Sauler’s way of coping when he was sick. But what stucked me most is the discussion of Josh losing wieght and making it his lifestyle. Josh’ waist line used to be 46 and now he is enjoying 33 inches waist line.
Kris shared how Josh made it. Josh was 16 when he started working out and living the lifestyle. At the age of 18, he reached the goal.
Some notable ways I noted are the following.
1. No Sugar drinks.
2. Lesser fruit juice. Just fruits.
3. Breakfast everyday.
4. A lot of water.
5. Eating at the right time.
6. Sleeping at the right time.
