Last weekend, Ive heard the news about a popular Landcorp trying to delay or giving a SM Store Aura a hard time in their Grand Launch. They rerouted so many times and closed roads to ensure that they can’t open on time. Isn’t it embarrassing especially that they will be having a Hollywood star as a guest of honor?
Excited to see the new Mall in BGC, I glanced at Youtube site and found this interesting post about that. (BCDA) CEO Arnel Casanova went at the site of SM Aura, a new shopping mall that is an adjacent property leased from the Taguig City government.
Casanova arrived with heavily armed security men (see photos w/armalites even with the effectivity of the election gun ban) ordering SM contractors to stop construction on the sidewalk along McKinley Parkway.

I dont think that’s fair and reasonable. Who is using power to prevent this development to prosper? Is there a hidden agenda to all of this? You decide.
All I can say is that, we should help each other in nation building. Im sure BCDA will have an explanation to this. But it wont stop SM Store Aura to Launch a great mall, with Sarah Jessica Parker as the guest of honor.
