Dell Philippines recently conducted its first ever Recruitment Coaching at the Jose Rizal University. The activity is part of the company’s efforts to help students prepare themselves for their future careers by providing them with job interview training and coaching for improvement.
Targeting 300 graduating students for a two-day session, Dell Talent Acquisition Adviser Chris Loyong together with Jose Rizal University Dean for Student Affairs Maria Luisa Saba (center), led the training with sessions on how to tackle interview questions; shared tips and advice on interview techniques; as well as evaluated their interview performance.
