Vacation nowadays are hard to schedule. Aside from the crazy workload and availability, budget still a constraint in planning ahead of time. Good thing there is what we call Staycation. A short lived, stay in the city vacation that gives you kind of relaxation you need just to unwind even if its an overnight stay. Some hotels in the metro or outside the city usually gives an extra discount for early bookers and that, for me is an opportunity to book for a staycation.
Last time, I reviewed B Hotel in Quezon City (You can find it HERE) and this time, I went south. I was able to visit The Bellevue Manila, Alabangs pride from a Filipino owned company Bellevue Hotel and Resorts which manages deluxe and standard class hotels in the Philippines.
So I went straight to my room, a signature deluxe room prepared for me.
Upon entering my room, I noticed the comfort my bed is inviting me and as what I have been previously posted, The Bellevue Hotel and Resorts pride themselves of rooms with the finest linens and beds. All of their rooms are using the popular blissful bed.
I can actually laze around all night in these soft and billowy mattress. You know that moment whne you don’t feel like going up and just want to cuddle with your pillows, Bellevue is giving you that vibe! Okay lets give you a quick tour of my room.
This deluxe room is very spacious. Favorable to hotel lovers like me with so many things (Pardon my crazy stuff) coz I always ensure I never forget anything at home. Aside from its spacious rooms, they have this exquisitely designed interiors.
Of course I (always) prefer the higher view so I be able to see a greater view of the south. It didn’t disappoint. I fell in love with my view from 18th floor.
We were planning to have early dinner that time and good thing my fellow blogger friends have time to loiter and roam around the lobby. The designs are impeccable including my favorite view of their stairs.
Located on the second floor is the Phoenix Court. Ive heard that this is the only fine dining Chinese restaurant in the Alabang. We decided to eat here. Some of their signature cuisines are Peking duck, Beef tenderloin and Mango Lapu lapu. We trusted the very nice chef to provide something for us and you know, it was one of the best dinner we had with some few laughs with friends. Here are some of the items we finished that night.
At night we had some little vodka beer session at Vue Bar overlooking the evening skyline of Alabang. They have specials every night and patrons can either enjoy the dance floor or chill with music with talented bands. Vue Bar is located on the 22nd floor of the tower wing.
The next morning Bellevue surprised us with a very sumptuous buffet breakfast. We decided to use the very intimate signature Club. Every time I stay in any hotel, breakfast is the main consideration for me in choosing where to book. this is the view from our breakfast floor.
As we all crave, bacon is life!
Actually they have an all day buffet in Café d’Asie’s that offers many tasty selections including such top picks as fresh salmon sashimi, high-grade steaks, bread and butter pudding, and delicious cakes and pastries. Amidst such a veritable feast is the buffet’s centerpiece, a magnificent slab of US Prime Rib cooked to your liking.
SWIMMING.
Of course we will never miss the pool! Bellevue’s pool is located on the 3rd floor. They are offering light snack and we claimed our complimentary beers. They actually have scrumptious desserts from 7 to 10 pm., and for us, the Poolside is perfect for OOTDs and days when one just needs to laze about.
Here I am with my blogger friends Ryan San Juan and Alex Dizon waiting for Myke Soon to come down.
LUNCH
After our swimming and before we left (for late checkout), we never miss Hatsune, an authentic Japanese Restaurant located across Phoenix Court, at the second floor of Tower Wing. I personally enjoyed their fruit shakes OMG these are must try!
Hatsune offers some of my favorite Japanese cuisines and majority in the city considers Hatsune as the best Japanese dining experience in the south. It has four (4) Private Rooms and a Teppanyaki room.
Overall, The Bellevue Manila is the place to bring your family for a staycation with everything. I consider myself going back again to fully enjoy their amenities. Ive heard they have Mandarine Reflexology & Spa but we werent able to try it. Nevertheless, Bellevue is good for special occasions and getaway with friends. True to their promise, Bellevue Manila is giving us that world-class hospitality.
The Bellevue Manila is located in North Bridgeway, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City 1781. you can call them at (02) 771-8181; Fax: (02)771-8282. Thank you Bellevue Manila for a wonderful stay.
