First thing I think of Crabs, The Resto of Red Crab Alimango House. Last week, I got the chance to taste 24 ways (did I?) how to cook a crab at The Red Crab Alimango House located at the new Lucky China Town Mall! And since The Red Crab Alimango House is now offering what they called the 24k – 24 ways of enjoying your red crabs at the Lucky China Town Mall, we were invited to experience it!
My favourite is Crab Sinigang sa Sampalok, me being a soup lover. Cooked in an aromatic lemongrass broth, flavored with kamias and gabi root and theres also another Crab Sinigang sa Sampalok, cooked in a sour tamarind broth with mixed seasonal vegetables!
Raymund Salt and Pepper Crab
Another one I like is Buttered Ginger Crab – A steamed Crab tossed in a light butter, garlic and ginger sauce!
I can’t explain how excited I was during that dinner that I wasn’t able to took a lot of photo. It was indeed a fun night. Here are my friends enjoying our respective crabs.
