The immense popularity of Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards, two of the biggest names in Philippine entertainment, drew massive audiences to theaters including its historical midnight screening in Philippine Cinema.
The movie earned over 85Million on its first day. That is almost 250% bigger than the opening gross of Hello Love Goodbye. This film has achieved a historic feat, setting a new record for the biggest opening box office in the Philippines that is non-MMFF. The previous record was held by Gandarrapiddo: The Revengers Squad which grossed almost 80 Million on Christmas Day.
Its first installment, Hello Love Goodbye last 2019 earned 34Million on its first day screening. Making Hello Love Again a certified record-breaker.
