Twitter and Youtube exploded yesterday All sould day when the much awaited teaser for A SECOND CHANCE landed online. Star Cinema release a teaser of Popoy and Basha’s love story played by John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo.
While it is true that in books, just like in real life they say that there is really no second chances. But on a more compelling thought, its the next book, the sequel, still to be written, that offers the second chance. Popoy and Basha gave their life together a second chance.
There was a scene above where Basha is lying next to drunk Popoy. I can hear her whisper, “There are lots of things which I would love to tell him, but in some way, I also feel that I lost the person closest to me. And I got a second chance to live. So in a way I feel that I live for both of us… and I will do my best.”
Just like any other movies, I am predicting this sequel a 400 Million Gross in its total commercial run. Directed by Cathy Garcia Molina, A Second Chance opens November 25 in Cinemas nationwide.
