Mechanics
- This is open to Philippine residents only. Participant should be at least 18 years old by Oct. 30, 2014 with a valid primary ID (with full name, photo, address, and signature).
- Promo period will run from September 22 (Monday), 6:00 am to October 23, 2014 (Thursday), 11:59pm.
- To join, you must be following the Property24 Philippines Twitter account (@Property24PH) and your profile must be set to public.
- Find your perfect home by searching for the property listings in www.Property24.com.ph.
- Tweet about finding your perfect home using this format: “I found #myperfecthome here: (URL of listing). @Property24PH”. Each user can tweet up to 10 times per day. The more entries you make, the more chances of winning.
- Example: “I found #myperfecthome here: http://property24.com.ph/house-and-lot-for-sale-in-consolacion-105635729. @Property24PH”
- Winners will be announced on the Twitter and Facebook page of Property24 Philippines on November 5, 2014.
- There will be one Grand Prize winner who will get (1) Overnight Stay in a 5-Star Hotel and (5) Consolation Prize winners of Propety24 Philippines gift pack. Winner should be able to claim their prizes at the Property24 Philippines Ortigas office.
