This afternoon I was able to meet again the finale 6 of Artista Academy. I was really surprised to see them again and I would say something in them changed. I think they are more confident in the way they carry themselves. They were able to answer all the questions from the press and I really saw the potential now. As TV5 culminates its biggest and most extensive artista search in the much-awaited Grand Awards Night to be held at the SMART Araneta Coliseum on October 27, Im excited to know who will win!
Akihiro Blanco, Chanel Morales, Mark Neumann, Shaira Mae, Sophie Albert, Vin Abrenica – the Artista Academy Honors List – will be battling it out for the Best Actor and Best Actress awards. The winners will receive a total of P20 Million in cash and prizes along with guaranteed lead roles in a forthcoming TV5 teleserye.
Direk Mac Alejandre is really proud to present the FINAL 6 and said these finalist are not just the most promising talents of TV5 but of the industry today.
I talked to Mark Neumann again and he said he’s really grateful for the workshops from the start. He also shared that Artista Academy is his first exposure on TV. When I ask Shaira about her preparation she’s doing for this week, she said that she is really nervous and excited considering the finale will be this next weekend. She also mentioned about the shortfilms the six of them will be doing and she will be partnered with Martin Escudero.
Im sure It will be a spectacular night as the six equally determined Artista Academy hopefuls set out to give the best performances of their lives and show everything they have learned from their three-month intensive training at the Asian Academy of Television Arts (AATA), wherein they were trained by no less than the best and most qualified professionals in the industry.
Meanwhwile, The Artista Academy Magazine is out now! The team will be distributing the Magazine staring this week til the finale and whats inside are really promising!
It will also be part of the insert on leading Newspapers soon!
