Mayor Rodrigo Duterte apologizes to his official facebook account and said sorry to dissapoint majority of the those who expected that he will be running for President in the 2016 Presidential election. An hour ago, he posted on Facebook page, directly address to his friends and fellow Dabawenyos. True to its intention, perhaps we can find comfort in the thought that for his followers, they have to choose other presidentiable such as Binay, Poe and Mr Mar Roxas.
