In observance of the Lenten season, ABS-CBN presents a special Holy Week programming this Maundy Thursday (April 17), Good Friday (April 18) and Black Saturday (April 19).
Among the featured shows are timely documentaries that will enrich and, at the same time, challenge the faith of Filipino Catholics; heartwarming Star Cinema movies; inspirational episodes of “Maalaala Mo Kaya” (MMK); and three-hour marathon specials of ABS-CBN’s top-rating primetime teleseryes, “Dyesebel” and “Ikaw Lamang.”
On Maundy Thursday, prepare for a string of programs that will make viewers reflect including “Experiencing Holy Land” (9:30AM); “Animazing Tales” (10:30AM); “Lenten Recollection: Healing Eucharist” (12NN); “Journey to God’s Heart” part 1 (2PM), “Kalbaryo 2014” (3PM); “Celebration of the Lord’s Supper: Healing Eucharist” (5PM); “Sine Natin Ito: My Only U” (6PM); “MMK: Kalendaryo” (7:30PM); and “The Bible” marathon (9PM).
Get ready for some Lenten introspection come Good Friday through the following shows: “Faithwalk: A Pilgrimage to Egypt, Jordan and Holy Land (9AM); “Animazing Tales” (10:30AM); “Seven Last Words” (12NN); “Journey to God’s Heart” part 2 (3PM), “Veneration of the Cross: Healing Eucharist” (4PM); “Pope of the Century” (5PM); “Sine Natin Ito: Moment In Time” (6PM); “MMK: Flyers” (7:30PM); and “The Bible” marathon (9PM).
Meanwhile, be inspired on Black Saturday while watching “Animazing Tales” (10:30AM); “Dyesebel: Marathon Special” (12NN); “Ikaw Lamang: Marathon Special” (3PM), “Sine Natin Ito: Sa ‘Yo Lamang” (6PM); “MMK: Kwintas” (7:30PM); and “The Bible” marathon (9PM).
