Last weekend as we are on our way to Araneta Coliseum for the Grand Finals of Pilipinas Got Talent of ABSCBN, I was stunned with the new Billboard along EDSA Guadalupe. At first I am not sure if these are the Askals group but upon learning that Philippine Volcanoes already signed up for Bench, I realized that maybe its the Philippine National Rugby Team.
Also known as the Philippine Volcanoes, 12 men signed up to endorse a retail brand Bench, owned by Ben Chan. they wre tapped to endorse the brand’s madly successful underwear line, Bench Body.
This is an incredible feat and the PRFU General Manager, Matt Cullen was impressed with the standard of play that the Philippines displayed at the tournament.
This victory allows the Philippines to remain in the A5N Div 1 tournament in 2012 while Malaysia are now relegated to Div 2.
