After Gil Portes’ ‘Hermano Puli‘ backed out from the Metro Manila Film Festival, Erik Matti’s Honor Thy Father is now officially part of the movies that will be showcased this December 25, 2015. This movie is one of the reserved entries of the festival and as we all know, the producers already submitted the story of Honor Thy Father to Cinema One Originals.
Having seen the trailer, I think this is one of the good movies to look forward this MMFF Season. Watch the trailer first below.
John Lloyd Cruz is expected to receive praises for his performance in this film. Honor Thy Father premiered in Toronto International Film Festival last September.
