Last week, I tweeted about an interesting tease of Alcatel about the exciting arrival of OneTouch Flash 2. Last 22nd of September, Lazada Philippines and Alcatel officially launched the new model so everyone can see it!
Alcatel has been teasing the OneTouch Flash 2 for a quite a while, and now it’s finally been unveiled for the public to see. As the name implies, the OneTouch Flash 2 is a very camera centric smartphone, but it’s other specifications hold quite well too.
The new Alcatel OneTouch Flash 2 is focused on its camera feature, as the name suggests. Itd main camera is a 13MP Samsung sensor (S5K3M2 ISOCELL) or gSight. But the goodnews is, this will be available in Lazada Philippines starting September 30 and Philippines will be the first to get units of this Alcatel OneTouch Flash 2!
So I opened my box and amazed by the texture of its back, supporting good grip feature of the phone.

For me, what is impressive is its 5-element wide-angle lens, its like you are holding a semi SLR. It has an aperture of f/2.0, 0.3 seconds autofocus, and has a dual tone dual LED flash.
The front camera, is a 5MP OmniVision OV6548 sensor unit with an aperture of f/2.2, autofocus and a soft LED flash for those who love selfies.
The box contains typical headset, USB and Charger.
