Aljur Abrenica, A kapuso actor reportedly wants to get out of his GMA contract which expires in 2017. Aljur Abrenica started his career in the industry when he joined GMA network’s reality show, Starstruck. He did some kapuso projects in television such as Zaido, Luna Mystica, and the remake of Machete, and Coffee Prince.
Aljur Abrenica files petition for confirmation of rescission of contract versus versus GMA Network. I have heard today that he will transfer to Backroom (formerly managed by Boy Abunda). I am waiting for GMA Network official statement on this matter. They mentioned that they will release an official statement once they got the copy of the complaint filed by Aljur Abrenica.
For now, ABSCBN on the other hand never talked about an interest on Aljur’s Abrenica’s availability. We’ll see.
