I dont know how to explain ITALY in this blogpost but some resto at The Fort did! The Burgos Circle is having a touch and feel of Tuscany ambiance through its food and Im happy discover the place! It has a 60 person capacity inside plus 12 seats outside. And, Tuscano is the only Italian restaurant that serves authentic gourmet wood oven pizza with handmade dough and pasta.
Gourmet dishes are prepared everyday, everything is fresh and priced reasonably. They just opened last December of 2011.
First menu they served us is Wild Mushroom and Mozzarella Risotto Ball (Php 360)
And then the Tuscano Signature Salad (Php 280)
Caprese Salad (Php 275)
Then my favorite! Fisherman’s Seafood with Black Ink Pasta (Php 425)
and Truffled Wild Mushrooms Cream Linguini (Php 395)

For now, their delivery services will be within Bonifacio Global City. They also have somking area and parking at Valet. On the photo above, you will notice that the portions are big, ideal for sharing.
