I still can’t get enough of our recent Tokyo Trip and I would stay I can still smell Japan from the first few days after we got back. I am still writing about it and please give me sometime because with more than a thousand photos, it is very hard for me to choose the best ones haha! Anyway, this love for Tokyo didn’t stop this week as I was able to visit the new concept store of Ramen Nagi, the Fukuoka-born, Shunjuku-grown ramen shop! Located at the newly opened One Bonifacio High Street Mall, Ramen Nagi Concept Store stood out from the rest of the ramen-serving restaurants in the area as it offers its limited edition Truffle King Ramen!
During our trip to Japan, we promised to try their ramen and other authentic Japanese food. We actually did and thank God, Ramen Nagi is here in Manila so we don’t get to miss these sumptuous meal everytime we crave for it! The place is located at the second level of the mall.
Some of the good choices in Ramen Nagi is their Gyoza (P220). I am sure that this worth sharing Gyoza will make you full already so better manage your lunch haha!
I have one favorite as well, their Pork Katsu Roll (295), I can eat this kind of food any day without having to feel guilty about my diet (Well, it means I have to compensate this on my treadmill minutes) but still worth a try!
This is the Truffle King Ramen of Ramen Nagi serve under a limited time only. You will smell the Aroma of Truffle the moment they serve it to you. It will be available until December 2018 only so hurry guys!
Truffle King is priced at Php 700. You can personalize your Ramen based on your taste actually. What I did is I ask for a level 1 flavor of spice. There are also add ons like Pork Belly Php 120, Nori Php 60, Tamago Php 60 and Kikurage Php 50.
Here is Chef Satoshi Ikuta and Chef Ryoichi Nishio.
Again, the Ramen Nagi Concept Store is located at second level of One Bonifacio High Street, 5th Av corner 28th st, Taguig, (beside the new PSE building) Visit their Facebook Page at Ramen Nagi Manila!
