IT IS OFFICIAL! After days of continuous SOLD OUT cinemas nationwide, Phenomenal Box Office-unkabogable Vice Ganda will finish The 41st Metro Manila Film Festival on a top spot after the movie dethroned My Bebe Love in its ranking today January 4, 2015. For those who wants to see my MOVIE REVIEW of all of the Festival movies I have seen, CLICK HERE.
The MMFF Committee announced it garnered a total of 840 MILLION as of January 2, 2015. The producers of the movie, Viva Films and Star Cinema expected to finish the Box Office Competition on top, Just like 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
Beauty And The Bestie, starring Vice Ganda, Coco Martin, James Reid, Nadine Lustre bested My Bebe Love starring Vic Sotto, Aiai Delas Alas, Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza after leading a couple of days at the start of the Festival. This is followed by Haunted Mansion from Regal Films then Walang Forever.
Last January 1, Beauty and The Bestie from Star Cinema and Viva Films breaches 300 Million in box office receipts together with My Bebe Love from GMA Films, MZET and two more producers. Vice Ganda continues to break box office records, and consistently topped Metro Manila Film Festival rankings since he joined the Annual Festival. I was expecting this results since Day 1. I myself experience the long lines for this movie with Mom. (Sorry Mom, we were seated at the hallway while laughing 🙂
