Basic Information for PAG-IBIG FUND Calamity Loan. #FloodPH


LOAN PURPOSE
The program provides financial assistance to Pag-IBIG member-victims in calamity-stricken areas.

BORROWER ELIGIBILITY
Member must have made at least 24 monthly contributions;
Member is actively paying contributions at the time he applies for a loan, and commits to continuously remit contributions for the term of the loan. A resident of the area which is declared calamity-stricken.

LOAN AMOUNT
The member is entitled to borrow up to 80% of the Total Accumulated Value (TAV) of his savings.
For members with existing MPLs, the outstanding loan balance shall be deducted from the proceeds of the calamity loan.

LOAN PERIOD/RENEWAL
The loan shall be amortized over a period of 24 months with a grace period of 5 months.
Should another calamity occur in the same area, a borrower may renew his calamity loan any time. The outstanding balance of his existing loan, together with any accrued interests, penalties and charges, shall be deducted from the proceeds of the new loan.

AVAILMENT PERIOD
The Pag-IBIG member-victim must avail himself of the Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan within a period of 90 days from the occurrence of the calamity.

Qualified Pag-IBIG members living in areas declared under state of calamity may borrow up to 80% of their total savings with an interest rate of only 5.95%

Kindly accomplish the form, have this signed and certified by your employer, and submit this together with two identification cards through your employer or directly to the branch where your contributions are remitted. The Fund will also deploy mobile desks in selected areas. A complete list of these locations will be released within the day.

    Good day.

    Just to re-confirm as explained by the President (of Pag-ibig Fund) this morning in Umagang Kay Ganda, that even not employed at the moment but had been contributed for 5months still can apply for a calamaty loan/multi purpose loan?

    I am Manolito Laureano Mojica with MID# 103000352521 with RTN#913161111622 dated June 10,2013.

  3. hello po, dati po ako ngtatrabaho sa botika as purchaser, 3 years mahigit ako sa company, din nilipat po kmi sa boss namin as under agency, saka kmi ngkaroon ng benefits, sa payslip meron po mga deduction ng benefits, papanu ko po malalaman kung hinuhulugan nga po ng agency ang pag – ibig ko, salamat po ng marami

MARILAO BULACAN POST OFFICE po ako nag wowork. mag loloan po ako dapat ngaun ng multi. purpose loan pero sabe me utang padaw po ako ng calamity loan nung 2012. Wala po akung na tangggap na checke. Ano po ang dapat kung gawin.
